Gangamai Industries and Constructions Limited Is one of the companies of Padmakar Mulay Group of Industries, Aurangabad. To avail the benefit of the new De-licensing Policy of the Government of India with respect to sugar industry declared in the year 1999 Promoters have formed a limited company namely Gangamai Industries & Constructions Limited registered with Registrar of Companies Mumbai with main objective of manufacturing and merchant export of sugar & production and marketing of Fuel Ethanol.
Considering the sugarcane availability in the 30 KM radius area, the company had established a 2500 TCD Sugar Plant and started crushing operations from January 2001 onwards at Harinagar, Post. Ghatnandra, Ta. Sillod, Dist. Aurangabad, Maharashtra, Pin 431 113. Thereafter, Ethanol Plant and Distillery Plant both 30 KLPD were established and put in operations in June 2004 and April 2007 respectively.
As the promoters belong to the construction line since beginning of the business activity, the construction activity was added in the object clause of the company in the year 2005. The company has secured A-I class registration (without limit) from Public Works Department of Maharashtra at Aurangabad and is also registered with various irrigation corporations of Irrigation department of Maharashtra. The company has mainly undertaken irrigation projects, construction of commercial and industrial complexes, road works and other allied work.
In the year 2009-10 the management of company has decided to shift sugar factory from Harinagar, Post. Ghatnandra, Ta. Sillod, Dist. Aurangabad to Village Najik Babhulgaon, Post Rakshi, Taluka Shevgaon, and District Ahmednagar. Afterwards company has expanded crushing capacity to 5500 TCD alongwith Cogeneration capacity to 32 MW. Company is in process of expanding distillery plant from 30 KLPD to 60 KLPD and ethanol plant from 30 KLPD to 150 KLPD.
